A few weeks ago we held an induction workshop with teachers focused by Alma in the auditorium of the Regional Education Management of Cusco, where we could witness the active participation of the initial teachers and create spaces for debate among colleagues.
I feel that the development of face-to-face workshops is much more productive than developing activities virtually since spaces for direct interaction with the participants are generated, creating an intrinsic motivation for teachers to continue training to provide better teaching to students.
At Alma we are committed to continuing to strengthen the capacities of teachers through the development of TEACHER UPDATE courses with the support of the Universidad Científica del Sur and with the support of GEREDUC.
