The pursuit of profit & social purpose
In conversation with Tavia Grant from The Globe and Mail
On April 5, 2017, entrepreneurs and business leaders from the “for-profit” and “not-for-profit” worlds will gather to listen to and participate in a conversation with Arlene Dickinson.
This unique evening will offer guests the opportunity to gain insights from one of Canada’s top business executives who applies a social consciousness lens through which she makes investment and business management decisions. Can the pursuit of both profits and a more civil society coexist? Listen to Arlene, in conversation with Tavia Grant – award winning journalist from the Globe and Mail, to get her perspective.
Following the discussion, guests will have the opportunity to network and join Arlene at a cocktail reception. This event will be held at the new conference centre in Scotia Plaza (40 King Street W, Toronto). With over 150 people on the waiting list last year, we expect the event to be another sold-out success.
